Water & Sewer Utility Bill - You may pay your Utility Bill using a Visa or MasterCard using the “Pay Now” link. The city is using PayGOV.us, a third party vendor to process all Visa/MasterCard Payments. Payments made through PayGOV.us will be applied to your account the next business day. In order to use the service, you will need the following customer account information:  Account Number  Account Name  Service Address  Amount of your bill If you wish to avoid the fees for using this service, the city will continue to take payments in the form of cash, check or money order. The city also allows you to pay your bill through the “Automatic Payment” program using a checking or savings account at no charge.
